How to Apply for Master Mind Scholarship 2024-25
- Apply to the host institution before their internal deadlines (Host institutions – Study in Flanders).
- The host institution will select the eligible application and create your application file using the online application tool.
- Then, you will receive an email from the application tool stating that you have been preselected for the Master Mind Scholarship 2024-25.
- Complete your application file using the Mobility-Online tool before the deadline.
- Following is the list of documents required
- Passport photo
- International passport or national ID
- A Curriculum Vitae (including your American GPA out of 4.0 and, if applicable, your publications, academic awards, previous scholarships, etc.)
- Transcript of records
- English language test results or letter of exemption provided by the host university
- Letter of motivation written in English
- Two signed letters of recommendation from professors of your (previous) home university, university of applied sciences (and arts), or recent employer written in English.
- A copy of the acquired diploma(s) must be enclosed; if it is written in a language other than Dutch, French, German, or English, a certified translation must be enclosed.
