  • A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10. 000 + a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS)
  •  The grant is paid in installments and covers accommodation costs, insurance, and a significant amount of their living expenses.

How to Apply for Master Mind Scholarship 2024-25

  • Apply to the host institution before their internal deadlines (Host institutions – Study in Flanders).
  • The host institution will select the eligible application and create your application file using the online application tool.
  • Then, you will receive an email from the application tool stating that you have been preselected for the Master Mind Scholarship 2024-25.
  • Complete your application file using the Mobility-Online tool before the deadline.
  • Following is the list of documents required
  1. Passport photo
  2. International passport or national ID
  3. A Curriculum Vitae (including your American GPA out of 4.0 and, if applicable, your publications, academic awards, previous scholarships, etc.)
  4. Transcript of records
  5. English language test results or letter of exemption provided by the host university
  6. Letter of motivation written in English
  7. Two signed letters of recommendation from professors of your (previous) home university, university of applied sciences (and arts), or recent employer written in English.
  8. A copy of the acquired diploma(s) must be enclosed; if it is written in a language other than Dutch, French, German, or English, a certified translation must be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant should have a high standard of academic performance (Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 out of 4.0).
  • The student has a good knowledge of the English language
  • The student has to be accepted by the host institution to receive the scholarship
