Job Seeker Visa

Sponsoring Country: Germany

Germany is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and one of the most influential and economically strong countries in Europe. Germany is also one of the countries looking for highly qualified workers to fill high-paying positions and encourages all young and skilled people to come and look for work. The job-seeker visa for Germany is a long-term residence permit, which allows you to stay in the country for six months and look for work. If you find a place to work during these six months, you will receive a German work visa or a German work permit, and you can work and live there legally and apply for the blue card. 

Please note that you cannot immediately start working in Germany with a job search visa. This visa type only enables you to find a job in Germany, making the chances of landing a job 60-70 percent more likely than applying online outside Germany. 

Eligibility:

  1. Hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree from a German university or an equivalent foreign qualification.
  2. You should have sufficient work experience in your field of expertise.
  3. Evidence that you have enough money to cover your stay during your stay in Germany. This money will be blocked in a German bank, and you can use it for all your expenses during those six months. This blocked amount ensures that you will not be a burden on them and will not indulge yourself in something illegal because of a lack of money.
  4. Get medical or travel insurance during your entire stay in Germany or until you get your work permit since it can be covered later by your employer.

Skilled Worker Visa

UK Skilled Worker Visa was introduced to add highly skilled foreign workers into the UK labor market and then settle permanently in the UK. This visa allows skilled workers from other countries to be selected from the shortage occupations list and eligible for an offer letter without a labor market test and for up to 5 years in the UK. The Skilled Worker Visa allows employers to recruit non-UK resident workers for certain eligible skilled positions. The visa is open to those reaching 70 factors via way of assembly of precise necessities inclusive of talent and income level, English language proficiency, and a qualifying activity provided by a UK sponsor. The Skilled Worker Visa allows spouses, “long-term” partners, and dependent children to join the UK’s principal visa applicant and is also a pathway to permanent residence and settlement.

Eligibility:

  1. You must score 70 points to qualify on defined parameters such as specific skills, qualifications, salaries, and occupations.
  2. Must have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with two years of qualifying work experience from the list of qualifying professions
  3. Must have a job offer from an authorized Home Office sponsor
  4. The job offer must be at the required skill level: RFQ 3 or above (level A and equivalent)
  5. Must meet the English language requirements at level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
  6. It would be best if you also met the general salary limit of £25,600 or the profession-specific salary requirement or ‘regular rate.’

Sweden Job Seeker Visa:

Obtaining a work visa in Sweden is required for all employees who are not citizens of a neighboring Scandinavian country. There are three different types of Sweden Job Seeker Visa.

Types of Sweden Job Seeker Visa:

All residents from outside the EU (European Union) and EEA (European Economic Area) must receive a job offer and get a work permit before entering Sweden. Without a valid Swedish work visa, an employee cannot live or work in the country. Depending on your employee’s profession or country of origin, they may be eligible for a European Blue Card or an Intra-Company Transfer Authorization (ICT).

A European blue card is a combined work and residence permit for highly skilled workers. Applicants must have a job in certain professions, a university degree, or five years of work experience. Expats who work for a company outside the EU and transfer to the company’s Swedish branch must apply for an ICT permit. However, this course only applies to employees in managerial or specialist positions.

In April 2022, Sweden announced a new residence permit for highly qualified job seekers, start-ups, and people who want to start a business in Sweden. Information on the eligibility criteria and requirements is not yet available.

Eligibility:

  1. A valid passport
  2. Job offers with conditions equivalent to Swedish collective agreements or occupational level
  3. A monthly salary of at least SEK 13,000 before taxes or pay equal to the position
  4. Job offers with health insurance, life insurance, and social security
  5. Proof of accommodation
  6. Intention to leave the country after the end of the employment contract.

France Job Seeker Visa
