The scholarship is Funded by the Dutch Ministry and for the academic session of 2023-2024. The Orange Knowledge scholarships are for students who want to study in a Master’s degree program or short courses in the Netherlands.

For a Master’s degree program, the scholarship period is 12-24 months, and for short courses, it is for two weeks.

Scholarship Coverage: 

The OKP Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship program for international students to pursue their Master’s degree or short courses in the Netherlands. The scholarship will cover your complete tuition fee, insurance, travel, and visa costs.

Eligibility Criteria For The OKP Scholarships 2023-2024

The eligibility criteria for Orange Knowledge scholarships are: applicants must have some work experience, they should be from the above-listed eligible countries, and have a valid identity card. 

Deadlines: 

 Applicants can only apply for scholarships when the application round is open. 

 Remember to consult your education institutions for the exact deadlines as they set shorter deadlines. 

Application Phase 2 for 2023: 

You can submit your applications between 28 June- 05 September 16.00 CET for courses starting after 01 February 2024.

 Your Master’s program must be completed by 31 January 2025, and all short courses must be completed before 31 August 2024.

How to Apply?

  1.  Select the eligible short course or Master’s degree program. 
  2. Get in touch with the Dutch Higher Education Institution to collect information about your course content, online application form and required documents, the application deadline, and the selection procedure.
  3. Along with the application and required documents, you must submit a valid passport copy, a current statement from your employer, and a government statement. 
  4. Submit your online application. 

Selection Procedure

  1. Applicants register with their Dutch Education Institute 
  2. Grant applications issued to candidates by the nomination of a Dutch Institution
  3. Eligibility and assessment applications are checked by the embassy
  4.  The Dutch Education Institution grants the award.
  5. Application results are announced 3-4 months after submission. Your Dutch Institution will contact you on the results of your application.
